Ebook Enzymes at work

This report is the result of a joint activity of DG RTD and DG JRC-IPTS, which was launched in July 2000. The aim was to identify potential priorities for future research areas in European food technology and food safety. This should provide targeted information for decision-makers in DG Research in order to set the appropriate priorities for future research programmes. The main focus was initially set on advanced technology developments in the food sector and on socio-economic factors, which are expected to have an impact on the food producing industry.
